About the Role

Compass Associates is partnering with a valued client to recruit a Nurse Qualified Regional Support Manager. Our client operates a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the UK and is seeking an experienced professional to work closely with the Regional Director, providing leadership and operational support across homes in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire & Devon.

As a Regional Support Manager, you will:

• Provide both operational and clinical support across multiple elderly nursing homes.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to drive regional միջոցների standards.
