Regional Manager – Specialist Supported Living & Domiciliary Care

Location: North West & Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum plus mileage and up to £8k bonus

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced leader in adult social care with a passion for high-quality service delivery and supporting independence? Compass Associates have partnered with a family-lef organisation who ate committed to delivering high-quality, person-centre care across England. They have a growing network of services supporting thousands of individuals with complex and specialist needs through three core divisions; supported living services, specialist care and home care.

The Role

They are currently seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead and develop two specialist business units in the North West and Yorkshire (Sheffield, Greater Manchester & Merseyside). You’ll oversee two Registered Managers overseeing a total of 9,000 hours of care across supported living, domiciliary care and outreach support. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and be supported by central functions in HR, Quality, Finance and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading two specialist care businesses, with potential for organic growth and future regional expansion
  • Maintaining a strong presence across services – both office-based and directly engaging with service users in their homes
  • Ensuring delivery against financial and quality KPIs (linked to quarterly discretionary bonus payments)
  • Supporting your teams to embed best practice, achieve high CQC standards, and deliver person-centred care

Requirements

  • Strong leadership background in supported living and/or domiciliary care
  • Proven ability to manage geographically spread teams and drive performance
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks and service quality standards
  • Passionate about delivering great outcomes for people with support needs

Flexibility & Benefits

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of regular in-person engagement across sites, but with flexibility to work from home as appropriate.

  • Up to £8,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly based on KPIs)
