This role would suit a Residential/Dementia Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully within the care service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Residential/Dementia Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports.
