About the Role
Compass Associates is partnering with a valued client to recruit a Nurse Qualified Regional Support Manager. Our client operates a portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the UK and is seeking an experienced professional to work closely with the Regional Director, providing leadership and operational support across homes in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire & Devon.
As a Regional Support Manager, you will:
- Provide both operational and clinical support across multiple elderly nursing homes.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to drive regional standards.
- Support Home Managers and step in as acting Home Manager when required.
- Enjoy autonomy over your region while contributing to a growing and dynamic organisation.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy, including travel and overnight stays, and is ideal for someone motivated by a varied and impactful position within the care sector.
About You:
- Experience as a Regional or Peripatetic Support Manager, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Home Manager.
- A strong track record with CQC inspections.
