About the role
You will be recruiting a range of positions on behalf of our Healthcare clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.
You’ll have existing accounts to deliver on, plus the opportunity to maximise our existing client base, and you’ll also be developing the sector further by carrying out new client development activities to ensure a steady stream of new business is coming in.
Innovative candidate attraction strategies, growing your network and demonstrating a commitment to candidate care is also an integral part of a Recruitment Consultant role.
What kind of person are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience with a demonstrable track record of success. Ideally you’ll have knowledge or experience of the Health or Social Care sector but that isn’t essential!
You’ll also have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients and be keen to continue to develop your knowledge of the sector while you progress with us.
Bags of drive and enthusiasm, a good work ethic and strong team focus will also help you succeed in your career with us!
