Compass Associates are working with a complex care provider in the Yorkshire region who offer specialist support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and complex needs. They provide domiciliary care designed to maximise independence and quality of life offering a wide range of support from personal care to household tasks, emotional support and social engagement.

About the Role

Due to the success of the business they are now seeking a Registered Manager to join them to oversee the service alongside the Head of Operations! They have huge plans for expansion with the addition of new supported living provisions so it’s a great time to join as there will be plenty of opportunity for future progression!

Responsibilities

  • Driving the growth of the service
  • Increasing care house
  • Recruitment and training of staff
  • Assessments of new referrals
  • Working closely with local authorities and commissioners to ensure individuals are given the right level of support

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 5 in Management is desirable though not essential
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC standards
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to lead a field-based team

  • NVQ Level 5 in Management is desirable though not essential

Pay range and compensation package

£45,000 per annum plus company car and fuel card

Benefits: competitive annual leave allowance, pension scheme, future opportunities for development and progression and the potential to increase your salary to £60k based on growth in care hours!!
