To help us get there, we’re hiring a Global Talent Manager with the experience, confidence and commercial understanding to support our international growth plans.
This role is perfect for someone who has hands‑on experience delivering talent attraction at a global scale and ideally a background in recruitment consultancy.
You’ll lead the design and delivery of our group‑wide talent attraction strategy, ensuring every business unit has the people capability needed to meet ambitious revenue and growth goals. You’ll create proactive pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and elevate the candidate journey across borders.
- Build global talent pipelines for consultants, managers and future leaders
- Map international markets and provide competitor and talent insights
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen our global employer brand and EVP
- Lead workforce planning and succession discussions with divisional leaders
- Provide reporting and insights that influence our commercial strategy
Proven experience in global talent attraction (non‑negotiable)
Previous experience within a recruitment consultancy environment
A commercial mindset with the ability to align people strategy to revenue
Strong relationship‑building skills and stakeholder influencing capability
