The Opportunity
We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Leeds team as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, sales professionals, or individuals early in their careers who want to build a rewarding career in recruitment with strong earning potential and clear progression.
You’ll learn how to run your own recruitment desk like a mini business, developing both commercial and people skills while building relationships with professionals across international markets.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Develop expertise within specialist healthcare and scientific markets
Training & Development
You’ll be supported by a structured onboarding programme, ongoing coaching, and a highly experienced team dedicated to helping you succeed.
