About this Role
You’ll be the driving force behind our safeguarding strategy—ensuring our policies are robust, our staff are well-trained, and our children’s voices are always at the centre of what we do. You’ll also collaborate with Trust-wide safeguarding colleagues, contributing to a wider network of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead safeguarding and child protection across the school
- Support and advise staff on welfare concerns
- Champion a culture of vigilance and care
- Deliver safeguarding training and awareness
- Manage and develop the Wellbeing Team
- Collaborate with safeguarding leads across the Brooke Weston Trust
