Compass Point Recruitment is currently looking for a Production / FLT Operative to join our client's manufacturing team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards
- Blend and prepare products according to production requirements
- Move and handle stock around the site using FLT and other equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Support the production team with general duties as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Valid forklift licence and relevant FLT experience
