Compass Point Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic growing client in Mildenhall, who are looking for a Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their busy team, on a permanent basis. Your role will include helping with general production duties, packing orders and ensuring that the production process is running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is: • Committed and hardworking • A strong communicator • Enjoys being part of a team but can work independently • Can follow instructions in a timely and efficient manner • A background within the pharmaceuticals, food or chemical industry understanding the importance of hygiene • HACCP background is advantageous The successful candidate will be naturally curious, interested and invested in the business as there is opportunity to grow within the company.
