We\’re working with a well-established manufacturer in the Needham Market area who is looking for a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator / Setter to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC or manual press brake machines to meet job specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and set machines correctly for each task
- Carry out routine quality checks to ensure parts meet the required standards
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication
