Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate management accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring timely delivery and clear insights into business performance.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing processes.
  • Utilise analytical and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the company.
  • Ensure financial processes comply with internal controls and accounting standards, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide regular financial reporting to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on understanding and interpreting financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with analytical and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) would be beneficial.
  • A solid understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles.
