This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of chemical technology, supporting the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of proprietary laboratory systems worldwide. This role is ideal for someone from chemical background or skilled field service engineer who enjoys travel and is looking to develop their expertise in a high-growth sector. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in and complete training to qualify in the company's flow chemistry systems while at the office when not traveling. • Carry out on-site maintenance, installations, and upgrades in laboratory environments and factory settings. • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email. • Gather customer feedback and provide guidance on preventative maintenance and repair strategies. • Develop technical bulletins and guides to support customers and internal teams. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a laboratory service, field service, or installation role. • NVQ Level 3, Higher Diploma, or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Comfortable with frequent international travel and working independently on customer sites. • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word. • Full UK driving license required.
