Compass Point Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a small but hard-working team. This role involves operating machinery, handling raw materials, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. You will be required to work to specifications, accurately update documentation, and use CRM systems. The shift pattern is 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am), following a Panama rota with 3/2 days off.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor a 24/7 production facility and machinery
- Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised work areas
- Accurately complete production and safety documentation
- Assist with tanker loading when required
- Previous experience working Panama shifts is essential
- Background in food production or manufacturing is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills and good knowledge of health & safety practices
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks and working at heights
