Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Woolpit, Suffolk Salary: Β£25,000 per year Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 9:00 β 17:00 (1-hour lunch) We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client\βs small team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining discretion and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: β’ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses. β’ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. β’ Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems. β’ Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors. β’ Support senior staff with administrative tasks as required. β’ Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly. β’ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
