We are looking for a friendly, positive person with a can-do attitude who is interested in working with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some experience of working with children is essential but we will provide formal and informal training and development opportunities to give you the skills needed for this role and to support your career progression.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Interested in working with children with SEN and/or Autism
  • Kean to learn and willing to act on feedback
  • Enjoy working as part of a hard-working, committed team
  • Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Inspire, motivate and encourage children
  • Use initiative and be self-motivated
