We are looking to recruit a bank of casual Learning Support Assistants to work across the school on an ad-hoc basis. These casual recruits will help cover when staff are absent, have training or other needs which take them out of the classroom.
We are looking for friendly, positive team members with a can-do attitude who are interested in working with children in an education setting. The successful candidates will:
- be interested in working with children
- be interested in supporting children with SEN
- be keen to learn and willing to act on feedback
- enjoy working as part of a hard-working, committed team
- demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
- inspire, motivate and encourage children
- use initiative and be self-motivated
All positions will be subject to an enhanced DBS check in line with our safer recruitment procedures.
