Overview
In this role you support cashflow and financial reporting for our International Finance team by managing AR collections, WIP-to-AR conversion, and related reconciliations. You will collaborate with Project Managers, EMEA Billing, and Corporate Finance to optimise DSO and ensure accurate revenue recognition. The role combines client-facing collection activities with internal process improvements in a professional services setting. You’ll contribute to a collaborative, finance-led environment that values accuracy and timely insights, with study support as part of your development.

Responsibilities
- Conduct AR collections with clients to reduce DSO and improve cashflow
- Review AR balances with Project Managers to drive collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Escalate bad debts to senior management
- Run AR collections and cash reporting, distribute outputs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to recognise revenue via LOE documentation
- Distribute client management reports on WIP and AR balances
- Manage client and vendor onboarding processes
- Coordinate with EMEA Billing to implement changes to invoices
- Support ad hoc finance projects to enhance AR processes
Key requirements
- A number of years of AR collection experience in a professional services environment
- Experience with international or multi-currency accounts
- Professional approach to chasing outstanding AR with blue chip clients
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Team player with experience in a close finance team
- Organised approach to reminding internal clients about AR balances
- Knowledge of eBilling platforms would be desirable
- Fluency in English is essential
