Compass Lexecon is seeking a driven Recruitment Adviser to support offices in Europe and Asia.

This role sits in a seven-person HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development team and reports to the Recruitment and L&D Manager.

You will collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates for billable and non-billable roles, and manage headcount reporting, recruitment forecasting and data integrity.
