Your Role & Accountabilities

Financial Management & Revenue Governance

  • Own and manage all phases of the client financial lifecycle, including invoicing, billing, unbilled activity, aged debt, dispute resolution, write offs, and financial troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and resolve invoicing issues, aged debt, and discrepancies in partnership with Cartus internal teams and client contacts.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant assignment expense reporting in support of taxable compensation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate expense matrices and financial frameworks to support correct billing, compliance, and margin protection.
  • Proactively identify missed fees, pricing deviations, and revenue leakage; partner with internal teams to remediate and safeguard profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and resolve invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with Finance, Payroll, and Operations.

Client Communication & Financial Representation

  • Communicate and present complex financial information, insights, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Serve as a trusted financial partner to the client, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and confidence in financial processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings, financial reviews, and operational discussions as required.

Reporting, Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Lead consolidated financial, operational, and compliance reporting, including standard and ad hoc deliverables.
  • Deliver regular and special reporting via secure, agreed upon channels and internal platforms.
  • Perform data analytics and trend analysis to identify risks, opportunities, cost drivers, and performance insights.
  • Create and maintain detailed client dashboards, reports, and analysis to support decision making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all financial, payroll, and SLA reporting outputs by maintaining internal databases and controls.

Service Setup, SLAs & Compliance Oversight

  • Coordinate the setup and financial enablement of new services and new entities by partnering with Legal, Pricing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Ensure accurate system configuration, fee setup, and timely revenue recognition.
  • Manage implementation related financial process changes, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and communicated effectively.
  • Assist leadership in monitoring SLAs, CTQs, service ratings, and operational performance.
