- To support a 55 - year - old lady who is a stroke survivor and wheelchair user to access the community. Client's mobility car to be used (driving licence required).
- Manual Handling (Hoist - training will be given)
- Prepping meals
- Light household duties
- Shopping
- Meet family members for social activity
