Main Duties:
- To support building routine and structure into the week
- To support with developing skills to budget for essential items
- To support with developing an understanding and responding to letters/bills/forms, etc.
- To support to develop a routine to manage domestic chores - cleaning, laundry, meal planning, compiling a shopping list, food shopping and cooking
- To support to develop a routine to manage personal hygiene
- To encourage daily walks (you will also need to attend)
- To support with arranging and attending health appointments
- To support with general physical and mental encouragement
- To support with long-term goals
