The Role

To support and assist a disabled woman in her 30’s who is affected by multiple chronic illnesses.

Main Duties

  • Household tasks
  • Meal prep
  • Assistance with Admin
  • Transport to appointments
  • Occasional support with dressing
  • Occasional help with self-care
  • Support to access the community
  • Support with communication as needed
