The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. The hotel offers comfortable guest accommodation, conference and event facilities, a popular restaurant and bar, and regularly hosts weddings, private functions, and corporate events. The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining and hospitality experiences for both leisure and event guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional food and beverage service standards across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Operational Oversight
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
- Oversee restaurant, bar, breakfast service, weddings, and conference catering.
- Ensure smooth service during high-volume periods such as events and functions.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff to deliver high service standards.
- Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
- Strategic Support
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop food and beverage strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in food and beverage management within a hotel or hospitality environment.

- Experience with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Hospitality Management qualification (preferred).
