  • Communication & Coordination

    • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with transport or concierge services
    • Handle emergency situations calmly and follow hotel protocols
  • Front Desk Presentation
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
    • Ensure promotional materials and signage are up to date
    • Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary
