Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services
- Greet guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transport options
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage wake-up calls, reservations, and special guest arrangements
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing queries
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations
- Prepare daily reports and handovers for incoming shifts
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
