You’ll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers.
  • Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management.
  • Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs.
  • Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users.
  • Work toward established service levels and performance expectations.
  • Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
