As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient), you’ll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Key Responsibilities:- Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure.
- Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours.
- Assist with client transportation to and from services.
- Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems.
- Participate in team meetings and staff trainings.
- Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations.
- HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred).
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
- Can obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E driver’s license within 60 days of hire.
- Are comfortable driving clients as a regular part of the job.
- Communicate effectively, stay organized, and bring positive energy to your team.
