The Position:
- Chef - Design hearty menus, manage stock, and lead a positive kitchen crew.
- Cook - Prep, cook, and plate up delicious, high-volume meals for hungry crowds.
- Catering Assistant - Keep the kitchen moving—prep veggies, serve guests, and maintain a spotless space.
The Person:
- Must be able to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
- A genuine passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service every time
- Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Driven, adaptable, and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
- Chef - Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
- Understanding of allergen management
