About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s future by developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies for our central functions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent attraction. Your proactive approach will help us build pipelines of top talent through various channels, including direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Proactively source and build pipelines of top talent.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on market trends and recruitment best practices. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
- Employer Branding: Champion and promote our employer brand, collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment campaigns and materials.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in in-house recruitment, ideally within a large, complex organization.
- Experience in recruiting for central functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Procurement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business objectives through talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
