We're currently recruiting a dedicated Accommodation Booking Admin to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As an Accommodation Booking Admin, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Our key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone queries
- Dealing with email queries
- Sending out booking forms via email
- Loading bookings on to our PC (we have a hotel package)
- Sending confirmation emails
- Adding bills onto reservations
- Allocating room numbers to reservations
- Lots of PC work when in the Call Centre
Our ideal Accommodation Booking Admin will:
- Deal with customer queries
- Answer telephone queries
- Check the daily arrivals and departure lists
- Greet customers
- Check reservations in
- Take payments (Cash and Card)
- Daily Key Press checks
- Balance float at end of shift
- Add bills onto reservations
- Allocate room numbers to reservations
- Send confirmation emails
- Be very much face to face customer focussed when working in the reception.
