We're currently recruiting a dedicated Barista / Kitchen Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Barista / Kitchen Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Keeping the bar area clean
  • Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Checking if brewing equipment operates properly and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
