Location: Travel required around London, travel can be expensed
Rate of Pay: £32,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday – 8 hours a day however start time and finish time needs to be flexible. On non-event days it will be 8am till 4pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event support – Co-ordinating logistics to ensure seamless execution of events and sales projects Catalogue of all equipment stored within the company event storerooms. Assisting with event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination Packing equipment securely for transportation to various locations. Supporting the setup and breakdown of events, including coordinating with vendors and staff. Booking of couriers. Producing event materials such as packing lists, signage, menus, and table plans. Monitoring event budgets and expenses.
- Sparkle workshops Organise activities and events for on-site teams to benchmark and research – to see best practice beyond their own unit and encourage continual innovation and creative initiatives relevant to their site.
- Innovation Support: Contributing ideas and insights to innovative projects and initiatives. Researching and gathering information on emerging trends and technologies. Assisting with the development of presentations, reports, and other materials related to innovation. Supporting the implementation of new ideas and processes.
- Administration To assist in any other activity to support business development and service enhancement.

General Communication:
- To ensure all internal and external communication is professionally presented, exciting and presents Vacherin in a positive light.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the Vacherin team as appropriate.
- To liaise regularly with your line Manager regarding agreeing targets, monitoring performance & agreeing actions
General:
- To attend meetings at Vacherin’s office or other Vacherin locations from time to time.
- All reasonable requests made by the senior team are to be adhered to. To attend and participate in any company training required to perform your role to meet company standards.
