We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work with us at Blue Apple from Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to manage 2 chefs, 1KP and 2 GA’S on a brand new contract.
This contract catering site provides hospitality and small fine dining events throughout the year.
Contract catering experience is preferable.
