We\’re on the lookout for a talented Sous Chef If you\’re a well-rounded chef with a passion for good food and service, this role offers a dynamic and creative work environment. You\’ll support the Head Chef in all aspects, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch quality across both fine dining and staff dining.

What You\’ll Bring:

• Expertise in all kitchen areas and ability to lead in Chef\’s absence
• Strong understanding of H&S and food safety
• Proficiency in kitchen admin: ordering, stock taking, allergens, and due diligence
• Fast-paced work style, ready to handle last-minute requests
• Fine dining experience with a collaborative team spirit, including FOH & BOH
• Ability to cross-train and work flexibly across the kitchen
