THE POSITION
- Lead and influence a high-volume, premium food operation
- Set standards across quality, culture, and performance
- Contribute to a dynamic, evolving food program with a global flavour lens
- Oversee VIP dining and event execution, including agile menu development
- Drive team productivity, structure, and operational efficiency
- Act as a trusted 2IC to the Head Chef, supporting leadership and growth
- Maintain control across food safety, compliance, and cost performance
THE PERSON
- 5+ years in a senior culinary leadership role
- Background in corporate catering, events, fine dining, or large-scale production
- Strong leadership presence — able to drive standards and performance
- Highly organised and commercially aware
- Confident delivering premium dining and VIP experiences
- Solid knowledge of digital HACCP, allergen management, and compliance
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to challenge, adapt, and grow
