THE POSITION

  • Deliver high-volume food production across bulk catering and buffet service
  • Execute to structured production plans with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Support stock control, rotation, and waste minimisation targets
  • Work within digital HACCP and allergen management systems
  • Contribute to a reliable, process-driven team culture

THE PERSON:

  • 3+ years experience and holds Certificate III Commercial Cookery (cert IV preferred)
  • Specific background in corporate catering / fine dining / events / high volume catering
  • Strong leadership abilities with an eye for detail
  • High degree of food safety & allergen awareness
  • Ability to work with a diverse kitchen team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
