Casual Chef $28.12 + 25% casual loading ($35.15) Tuesday to Thursday - 7am to 2:30pm 4 day weekend every week! Based in Pymble.

We can take care of everything from your tea room to the boardroom, as well as creating customized workplace eateries you can call your own. We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
THE POSITION:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to exceptional standards across menus and daily specials
- Work autonomously to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
- Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
- Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording
THE PERSON:
- Chef’s Trade Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in food production
- Ability to work independently within budget
- Coffee making skills is desirable
- Strong kitchen operations knowledge
- Attention to detail and passion for OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP regulations
