We are currently recruiting for a Retention Support Executive .
Location : Central London
Rate of Pay : Β£40,000 β Β£50,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday β Friday, 40 hours per week
Key responsibilities:
- Attending and leading retention updated calls for all sectors
- Support completion and submission of declaration forms for all sectors
- Annual year end budget match from SAP
- Arranging QBD Calls as required
- Produce Monthly reporting decks as required
- Tidying up CRM β Unit declarations β can consist of MIP and SAP Changes along with new CRM contracts
- Uploading/Updating whitepapers β ALL Sectors
- Month end reporting β Managing retention exception reporting, resolving any queries, checking accuracy of retention declarations, refreshing all sector reports. Saving sector reports monthly and distributing to relevant Retention team
- Investigate/Escalate UKI User issues to Systems Manager as required
- Enable & Promote CRM data quality & integrity and optimum usage in line with best practice
- Support for business users & Support CRM Inbox queries for all users
- Investigate/Escalate UKI User issues to PDC Systems Manager as required
- Create and distribute end of month Sales/Retention packs
- Manage Month End and Year end Process for CRM
- Oversee Month End Exception Reporting process and CRM lockdown
- Engaging with Group support for issue escalation as required e.g. adding new competitor value
- Supporting the team with administration and coordination tasks as required

Essential Experience:
- 2 Years + CRM Experience (MS Dynamics preferable)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel including Pivot tables, V Lookups for Data Analysis. Data Management experience would be useful
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Understanding of sales process and key stages
- Experience in capturing and interpreting insights to translate into actionable project plans
- Excellent communication skills (via e mail / phone)
- Proficient team player
- Experience at operating to deadlines under tight time scales
