Overview
To lead the delivery of a diverse and effective high-volume retail food and beverage operation, ensuring operational efficiency, HSE compliance, planning, presentation, and adherence to first-class standards. The goal is to ensure the stadium is event-ready to welcome guests and team members.
This role focuses on planning and delivering our retail operations and supporting senior management with strategic and operational tasks.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Head of Retail and liaising closely with client partners, you will be responsible for key areas of the retail operation, among other general responsibilities.
Person Specification
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Confident with a positive \’can do\’ attitude.
- Good understanding of EPOS and stock control systems.
- Ability to analyze data to meet business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably, experience in large-scale retail with at least 3 years in a similar role.
