Rate of Pay£39,000 per annum
Working PatternPredominately Monday – Friday but flexibility required, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of all meals to the highest standards.
Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Manage stock, orders, and budgets efficiently.
Innovate menus that meet residents\’ dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control.
