We are looking for a Production Chef to deliver best in class culinary experiences for guests at The O2 Arena - one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues. In this role, you will work closely with our Head Chef to oversee preparation, cooking, and service arrangements; taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the Production Kitchen day-to-day. Production Chef - the role

  • Taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Production.
  • Supervising the preparation and cooking of all food produced on site ensuring excellent standards are maintained.
  • Scheduling and coordinating work to ensure that food preparation is delivered in a timely fashion and to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation and quality.
  • Ensuring compliant purchase of products and other necessary food supplies working within the agreed budget.
  • Ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and safety are always maintained throughout all areas of the kitchen.
  • Maintaining controls to minimise food waste.
  • Attending catering planning meetings as required (e.g., Function Sheet Meeting).
  • Assisting in the planning of menus as required ensuring menus meet highest possible standards and remain in line with budgeted costs.
  • Maintaining high levels of food safety throughout your working environment at all times including risk assessments, food hygiene procedures, training, and HSE procedures.
