We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of how operations are run and who has a passion to drive change and make a difference. The key purpose of this role is to provide procurement direction to our workplace business situated across the UK looking after Vacherin and G G.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum amazing package
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday (1-2 days working from home)
Location: London, WC1H 9LT
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Create, own and manage personal development plan
- Supports & delivers CH & CO Group business strategy across the Group Procurement function
- Responsible for the compliance within the supply chain
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders up to the Senior Leadership team to understand and align Procurement's objectives with Operational requirements and vice versa.
- Participates in and implements procurement transformation throughout CH & Co Group.
- Lead and execute procurement projects across operations and central support teams
- Contributes and supports the business in the ongoing development of the purchasing strategy through the introduction & implementation of leading edge and best practice techniques
- Undertake rigorous business requirement analysis and support the alignment of category strategies to CH & Co Group’s business objectives.
- Manages large procurement programmes and expenditure environments.
- Input into implementation of activities that drive towards Procurement & Supply Chain’s progress toward world class procurement.
- Drive strategies of supplier and product/service rationalisation through cross-functional reviews with the Group Procurement.
