$95,000 plus 12% superannuation as a permanent full-time employee Site Manager role. Location outside of PENRITH NSW. Rewarding role, make an impact in the lives of the residents. Mostly Monday – Friday. No late “hospitality hours”.

We currently have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join our team in the Senior Living sector. This is a key role in our business, working in close partnership with our client to provide hands-on leadership. You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. In this role, you will showcase your talents in the management of Hotel Services in this family-friendly environment.

THE POSITION
  • Oversee in unit budgets and confidently report on P&L.
  • Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and impact on the environment is minimal.
  • Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
  • Deliver service that comes from the heart and is served with a smile.
  • Work in close partnership with our client to provide hands-on leadership.
THE PERSON
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or as a Catering Manager or Hotel Services Manager.
  • Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Attention to detail and great time management is a must.
  • Have Intermediate computer literacy.
