We currently have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join our team in the Senior Living sector. This is a key role in our business, working in close partnership with our client to provide hands-on leadership. You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. In this role, you will showcase your talents in the management of Hotel Services in this family-friendly environment.
THE POSITION- Oversee in unit budgets and confidently report on P&L.
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved and impact on the environment is minimal.
- Maintain current food and labour controls in line with onsite budgets.
- Deliver service that comes from the heart and is served with a smile.
- Work in close partnership with our client to provide hands-on leadership.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role or as a Catering Manager or Hotel Services Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements.
- Attention to detail and great time management is a must.
- Have Intermediate computer literacy.
