THE POSITION

  • Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
  • Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
  • Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
  • Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction

THE PERSON

  • Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
  • Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task
  • Minimum of 1 year barista experience required
