Job Summary
The Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Foodservice operations for a $5M, 150-bed Healthcare Account in Oxford, MS. You will manage and lead a dedicated team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client, as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
- Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise with Morrison Healthcare (or another contract managed food service organization within the healthcare space)
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing
- Strong knowledge of food service trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- ServSafe® certified a plus
- Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
