Are you an experienced hospitality leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead a high-profile foodservice operation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial performance, and outstanding team leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a large-scale catering and hospitality contract.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence across food, service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of managers and frontline colleagues.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, labour, margins, and food costs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service standards, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Ensure all health, safety, food safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Analyse customer feedback and operational data to continuously improve performance.
  • Support recruitment, succession planning, training, and colleague development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant senior management experience within hospitality, catering, or foodservice operations.
  • Experience leading and motivating management teams to achieve commercial and operational targets.
  • Multi-site management experience, or responsibility for a large single operation with substantial turnover.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and operational best practice.
  • Contract catering experience would be highly advantageous.
