We are looking for a professional and dedicated Sous Chef to join the Charlton Athletic FC Training Ground culinary team in New Eltham, London. Sous Chef – The role
- Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high‐quality, performance‐led meals
- Lead kitchen operations on a day‐to‐day basis
- Ensure all food is prepared in line with dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety compliance
- Support inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required

- Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or equivalent within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, particularly within a sports or health‐focused setting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities
- Food hygiene certification and relevant culinary qualifications
