Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - 5 days out of 7, flexibility is essential
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work with the GM to maximise sales at the relevant site
- Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, warm, and professional service
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand and service standards
- Develop and implement training and development plans to nurture a high-performance team
- Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, budgets, and targets, to drive efficiency without compromising service
- Handle guest relations with a handsāon, solutionsāfocused approach, maintaining a positive and engaged atmosphere
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and senior management team to ensure seamless collaboration
- Take charge of recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and team morale
- Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times
- Contribute to building a workplace culture that values professionalism, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a management role within highāend or fastāpaced restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development
- In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control
- Excellent communication and problemāsolving skills with a calm, proactive attitude
- Strong financial acumen, including labour and P&L management
- Passionate about hospitality, team culture, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
