The Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Contract Director to join our leadership team in London, supporting the operational management of one of our largest healthcare contracts. This is a hands-on role for a driven professional with a strong background in soft FM operational management within healthcare. You will work closely with the Contract Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with healthcare standards, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational delivery of cleaning, catering, and patient experience services across the contract
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to ensure excellent performance and staff engagement
